Every year, the Students Council of INCAE Bussiness School, collect money thru a open doors event that transmit the school´s culture. Our challenge was to increase ticket sales by 15% from last year, using transmedia content in Facebook and Instagram to generate traffic on the ticket website.

ICAFE´s challenge was to stand out as a coffee grower country and at the same time learn key information from costumers attending SCA Coffee Expo in Seattle, Washington. Using storytelling in Instragram, Annia, a tourist guide from Tarrazú, Costa Rica, was able to generate social interaction and new audiences.
